As a Master’s of Business Administration recipient, Nic manages the Innovation Incubator entrepreneurship program and has provided business counseling and practical instruction to clients since 2013. In addition to possessing an InBIA certification in Entrepreneurship Center Management, he has experience working in startup businesses and nonprofits across the region. He has also received UM-Flint’s 2016 Innovation Impact Award and 2020 Staff Entrepreneurship Program Award.
